Wellness Incentives
Employees are eligible for rewards through wellness activities, supported by wellness employee incentives and group grants designed to promote a healthier workforce. The Better Health Collective further supports its member-owners with bi-monthly calls for guidance and access to WellRight®, an online platform that facilitates wellness challenges, tracks participation, and provides tools to incentivize members to engage in wellness practices. Additionally, group grants help members implement broader wellness initiatives tailored to their organizations.

Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program, a mental health support and work/life services for employees and their families, offers three free mental health consultations per episode, life coach support, and access to Omada Coach Support for behavioral therapy programs addressing weight loss, diabetes, hypertension, and mental health. Additional specialized programs provide support for fertility, cancer, pregnancy, lower back pain, diabetes, virtual physical therapy, and wellness discounts.
On-Site Services
Biometric screenings, physicals, and flu shots are offered on-site for your convenience through HealthSource Solutions.
